Once you have made a phone and
service plan choice, we offer a variety of payment options: 1. You can pay by credit card.
2. You can pay by check-by-phone
3. You can pay by Money Gram or Western Union. We no offer pre-paid debit
cards. There is no extra charge for the cards, and they
provide you with a method to pay your monthly rate plan or future
phone access cards. Just e-mail us about this option and we
will provide you with a free card. You load funds onto the
card and complete financial transactions with us or anyone
else. The debit cards can be branded as
MasterCard™ or Visa™. Once you have paid the initial
charges on the account (which includes your first month of service,
and activation fee and a non-refundable deposit), you may call our
office toll free at 1-866-396-4418 and we will activate your
service with Sprint, Verizon or Cingular, depending on your
phone and carrier selection. If you select either of our Pay
As You Go Plans through Cingular, we will mail your cash
(activation) card with your phone.
If you chose a rate plan phone, you will then be billed each month
by our service vendor. At the time of billing you can send
payments to the vendor or call the vendor with their toll-free
number and make a payment using your debit card or whatever form of
payment available to you. If you are Pay As You Go, simply
purchase additional cards depending on your need.
